- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule if requested at least 24 hours before the tour. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.
- Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: If the tour is canceled by the operator due to extreme weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for walking or light hiking. Layered clothing is recommended as temperatures vary.
