  • Wear Safety Gear Helmets, goggles, and gloves must be worn at all times during the ride.
  • Stay with the Group Do not ride ahead or separate from the tour unless instructed.
  • No Reckless Riding Speeding, stunts, or dangerous maneuvers can lead to injuries. Ride responsibly!
  • Stay on Designated Paths Avoid steep drop-offs and unstable sand formations.
  • Maintain a Safe Distance Keep a minimum 10-foot distance between ATVs to prevent collisions.
  • Respect Wildlife & Environment Do not disturb the natural habitat or leave trash behind.

Health & Fitness Considerations:

  • Age & Height Requirements Riders must meet the minimum age and size requirements for ATV operation.
  • Physical Condition This tour involves off-road riding. Participants should be in good health and free from back, neck, or heart conditions.
  • Pregnant Riders For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not permitted to ride ATVs.

Vehicle Safety & Operation:

  • Know Your Controls A brief training session will be provided before the ride.
  • Brake & Accelerate Smoothly Sudden movements can cause you to lose control.
  • No Drugs or Alcohol Riders must be sober and free from any impairing substances before and during the ride.
  • Use Caution on Slopes & Turns Avoid sudden movements that can tip the ATV.
  • In Case of Emergency Stay calm and signal your guide for assistance.

  • Stay Hydrated The desert heat can be intense. Drink plenty of water before and during the ride.

  • Be Aware of Hot Surfaces ATVs can get very hot, so avoid touching exhaust pipes or engine parts.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling: We allow one free reschedule if requested at least 24 hours before the tour. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee.
  • Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: If the tour is canceled by the operator due to extreme weather, road closures, or other unforeseen events, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
